Description
Tilmun Farmhouse is an authentic farmhouse which has been renovated up to full modern standards retaining many of its original characteristics.
The plan consists of an arched main entrance leading into the living area. From here the kitchen and a bedroom can be accessed. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. From the living room the large glass aperture leads into the BBQ and pool areas. The pool has an integrated sit in Jacuzzi.
A stairway leads up to the first floor landing which overlooks the ground floor living area from which 3 bedrooms can be accessed. Another stairway leads up to the fourth bedroom. Two of the bedrooms have terraces which overlook the pool.
The farmhouse is equipped with Airconditioning units (pay by consumption).

“absoluter Traumurlaub !!!”
Wir haben als Wandergruppe einen absoluten Traumurlaub im Tilmun Farmhouse verbracht. Wer Ruhe und Erholung abseits der Massen sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Ein altes traditionelles Bauernhaus mit eigenem Swimmingpool und einem weitläufigen Wohnzimmer in geschmackvollem mediterranem Dekor, das uns oft zu vielen gemeinsamen abendlichen Stunden auf die Terrasse eingeladen hatte. Der Empfang von Aaron war absolut herzlich und wann immer wir eine Frage hatten, stand uns Aaron mit Rat und Tat zu Seite. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und können einen Aufenthalt nur rundum empfehlen.

“A Fantastic Farmhouse in Gharb”
We have just returned from a fantastic weeks stay at Tilman farmhouse. The house is very well equipped and has a very spacious feel. All the bedrooms are good size with lovely ensuit bathrooms. Aaron was very helpful and provided a cot and highchair for our 1 year old. The outside area is small but the is pool is fantastic and makes up for it. There is a good shallow end (ideal for children) and enough space to have a good swim and BBQ. There is an outdoor loo and shower and swimming towels are provided. The house is well located and is in easy walking distance to the restaurants and shops. We stayed with friends and our young children, and the house was very suitable for our needs. Aaron was very helpful and came to check that we were happy with everything. If I was being ultra picky the only downside was that there was no hair dryer (that we could find) and no dishwasher - apparently this is common is Gozo. We would highly recommend this house.

“Beautiful, spacious farmhouse in great location”
We had a fantastic 2 week vacation at Tilmun Farmhouse. The farmhouse was incredibly spacious and very clean. Best parts were: 1) the pool (good size and very clean) and outside seating area with BBQ was fab, 2) Kitchen had everything you could need on holiday and everything worked! 3) bedrooms were spacious and the two overlooking the pool were lovely, ensuites' fittings were very modern, 4) location was great, near to our favourite restaurant Jeffery's in Gharb and close to local attractions such as the blue hole and azure window. 5min into Victoria by car and a 5min walk to nearest grocery store. 5) bonus was the roof terrace which had lines for drying clothes, but was also a great viewing point for local fireworks! Aaron, the farmhouse manager, was very attentive and provided us with basic food supplies on the first day. Although he said we could contact him at anytime if we needed to, we never did as we had no problems whatsoever. We did have the odd dying or dead cockroach but this is a hot country and we were in a semi rural location next to another restaurant (Salvinas) so not unexpected, and at least they were dying/dead (farmhouse is treated annually). And although the farmhouse does not have air conditioning we did not feel we needed it as the floor/ceiling fans were adequate - being a traditional farmhouse it was made of thick stone walls so was cool downstairs. Overall, a fantastic villa/farmhouse in a great location. A big thank you to Aaron!
