Appartement doté d'un excellent niveau de confort, décoré avec soin et attention pour votre plus grand plaisir, situé face à l'une des plus belle et longue plage de La Martinique à proximité de toutes commodités

(boutiques, restaurants, marché local, bars, boulangerie, etc. …).

Au second étage d'un immeuble sans ascenseur, le logement intègre une architecture de type duplex; deux niveaux.

Le rez-de-chaussée, climatisé composé de l'espace salon-lounge; canapé pouvant être convertible (lit de dimension 140 x190), une télévision avec une salle d'eau complète attenante douche, toilette, meuble vasque et miroir donnant sur une belle loggia pouvant être fermée par un volet roulant électrique agrémentée de fenêtres de part et d'autre, un store pour éviter le trop d'ensoleillement. La loggia est aménagée d'une cuisine ouverte tout équipé et de l'espace dinatoire.

Un étage, climatisé, accueillant la chambre disposant d'un grand lit de dimensions 160 x 200 et d'une salle d'eau attenante douche et meuble vasque miroir.

Appartement très propre et jolie à 100m de la plage. On y a tous ce qu'on veut: Cuisine, grand télé, climat, 2 douches... Parfait!
