The colonial-residence a bed and breakfast accommodation in a homely setting ,decorated with tribal arts from Africa, the house is a well maintained old colonial house of the 1960s surrounded by plenty of beautiful green gardens attracting small nature of birds,butterflies and monkeys giving a nice tropical environment.

The house is close to lake Victoria with a small view,near Victoria shopping Mall 5 minutes walk. close to local open markets, near the beach with many restaurants yet quiet and peaceful atmosphere, there is also afresh fish

market along the stretch of beach.close to hospitals, survenior shops, banks

are all in convenient distances to walk or drive. The neighborhood is really serene and fresh being by the lake. From the comfortable rooms, you view

our beautiful green garden and a bit of the lake, you surely hear the lake

breeze through out. The drive to or from the airport is 10 minutes on a good road. We arrange to meet you at the airport if you say you need that

service, its on the house. Your rooms are prepared with concern and interest in your comfort, the beds are comfortable with clean linen and mosquito netting.

The staff are welcoming and attentive to your requests, you simply ask and they assist to make your stay homelike, we attend to our guests traditionally

like they were family. We are available to talk to our guests as they may like

and we go an extra mile to make you at home. Our services, WIFI, one

airport transfer, Car parking, our nice breakfast which we serve mostly

at the guests choice of time. our guests can have their breakfast in the

garden, verander or indoor dinning area., this also depends on the weather

which is beautiful most of the year. The house is rented out per private room or whole house, depending on demand. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen in case they need.

“Wouldn't stay anywhere else”

Absolutely beautiful and perfect. It's quiet, immaculate, and the host, Claire is amazing. Hot water, great food, great location.

How do damage deposits work?
