Bed & Office 050 is een vrijstaand appartement in een vooraanstaande wijk naast het Noorderplantsoen. Binnen 6 minuten loopt u het stadscentrum in. Een prachtige uitvalsbasis om bruisend Groningen-stad te ontdekken.

Tegelijkertijd logeert u in alle rust. U reserveert dit stijlvolle pandje geheel voor uzelf. U parkeert uw auto kosteloos naast de accommodatie, op eigen terrein. U heeft alle ruimte en privacy.

Uw verblijf bij Bed & Office 050 is voor maximaal 2 personen.

Bed & Office heeft vloerverwarming, airconditioning en voor zomers een klein privé-terras.Verder heeft u prima Wi-Fi, een TV, een keukentje met (nespresso)koffie en thee; een magnetron en een koelkastje.

Getting around

In het appartement is een stadsplattegrond maar ook een kaart van de provincie Groningen. Omdat u zo de binnenstad inloopt is het prettig dat u uw auto kosteloos bij ons kunt laten staan. Parkeren in de stad is kostbaar. Reist u met het openbaar vervoer? Een straat verderop zijn de bushaltes.

Bij aankomst ontvang ik u hartelijk voor de deur van Bed & Office 050, geef desgewenst wat informatie en overhandig de sleutel. Als u dat beter uitkomt zit de sleutel in het sleutelkastje waarvan ik u de dan geldige code geef. Omdat we naast het vrijstaande appartement wonen zijn we in de buurt als u een vraag heeft. U kunt ons ook per mobiele telefoon bereiken.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
