The apartment is situated on teh Fairways Club complex in Amarilla Golf, 10 min. drive from the airport. Large south facing private terrace overlooking the pool area with 6 sunbeds, patio table & chairs and 2 sunbrella's. Ground floor. 3 bedrooms with airco each with own bathroom. Lounge with 50 inch TV, DVD-player and smart speaker. Fully equiped kitchen. Washing machine. Ironing board & iron. Private safe. Free WIFI. Strictly NO SMOKING inside the apartment. Heated pool with life guard. Central pool bar. Clubhouse restaurant. Mini market across the street. Pets are not permitted on the complex. Marina at 500 meters.

“Fantastic holiday in sunny Tenerife”

We've just returned from a 7 day stay. There were 5 of us (3 adults, 2 children); the apartment is spacious and very clean. It's very well equipped with everything you need to self cater. There are 6 sun beds on the terrace overlooking the pool. The facilities on site were excellent, we went to La Mesa restaurant twice and the food was fantastic. Dirk was very accommodating and replied to any messages very quickly. He met us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment, making sure we knew where everything was and giving us an opportunity to ask any questions. We would highly recommend the apartment and are already planning to go back next year!

How do damage deposits work?
