Private residencial complex. This new studio has a fully equipped open kitchen, separated sleeping area with queen size double bed (150 cm) . Living-dinning area with sofa (135cm) , bathroom, sunny terrace with SEA VIEWS. Tenerife Royal Gardens is located just 2 minutes walk from the beach, its also within walking distance from local amenities; shopping centre; supermarkets, restaurants and much more.

“Christmas in the sun”
The apartment has everything you need. The host is very accommodating. The balcony is excellent, great size and a sun trap!

“Superb apartment”
We have stayed on TRG several times now we love it and its location and this is by far the best apartment we've rented. Superb setting overlooking la Vistas beach with massive wrap around balcony that gets the sun all day, ideal for sitting & watching the world pass by along the promenade. Apartment is superbly appointed with lovely kitchen and every & any utensil you could need which isn't always the case on TRG. There is a TV (with every channel you could need) washer, freezer, microwave, oven you name it this apartment has it. Excellent wifi is provided also. Contact with Alex is excellent, prompt replies to any questions you may have, easy to make payment and very helpful if you have an issue. Alex even arranged to decorate the apartment for my husbands 50th Birthday, ballons everywhere and an enormous 50 helium ballon. Even left bottle of Cava, massive bunch of roses and a big bowl of fresh fruit, cannot thank him enough. We will be booking this apartment again.
