This one bedroom and one bathroom vacation apartment is decorated to suit everyone from business travelers to vacationers – foreigners and locals alike. The living area of this luxurious rental is decorated with a comfortable sofa sitting in front of an entertainment center with a 32” LED TV and a DVD player. The bedroom has a full-size bed with a hotel-quality mattress. This fully furnished apartment has a full kitchen with a 12 cubic feet refrigerator, 2 burner electric cooktop and a microwave oven. The kitchen is also equipped with basic kitchen and dining ware to help you prepare home-cooked meals. The bathroom of this modern apartment has a bath tub and a large vanity counter and a separate toilet area.

The luxury doesn't stop at our apartment though. This is a luxurious community where you may enjoy a nice work out at the gym, a good swim at the infinity pool, or a simple stroll around the complex grounds. If you wish to venture out, you will not be at a loss as you will be one block from the Mactan Alfresco where you will have a variety of great food choices. The Mactan Newtown Beach is also walking distance from the property.

For security and safety purposes, your unit number will be disclosed only at the time of check-in.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
