Extravagant villa with charm, pool, beautiful garden and many sleeps
Enjoy stunning views over the south coast of Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Américas to the Atlantic. A spacious property with some lush exotic planting.
Upon entering the villa you are in the centerpiece of the building, the open plan living room with large wooden table for the common meals with up to 8 people, flooded with light from the large windows.
From here you have on one side the large staircase to the top floor to the other side, the very tasteful and cozy living room with a large sofa group for television. On colder days the fireplace brings cosiness into the House. From the living room, you pass through large patio doors to the beautifully landscaped garden with fountains, BBQ and covered seating for 8 people.
Next to the living room is a double bedroom (2 x 0.90 x 2 m) with patio door to the garden and an en-suite bathroom equipped with massage shower, bidet, toilet and vanity.
A suite with double bed (2 x 0.90 x 2m) and a cozy seating area and en-suite bathroom, with shower, bidet, toilet and washbasin, is located on the other side of this floor.
The kitchen is located next to the main entrance and invites, really well equipped, to preparing delights for family and friends. In addition to a kitchen island as a center, it is equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge combination and a big fully automatic coffee machine. In the adjoining utility room, there is another very large fridge and tableware in sufficient quantity.
The upper floor has the Suite 1 with double bed (2 x 0.90 x 2m) and its adjoining conservatory, which is furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchairs, as well as Suite 2, a double bedroom (bed 2 x 0.90 x 2m) with sofa corner , furnished with a large wardrobe.
The two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and double vanity.
At the specially designed swimming pool area is a small bar with refrigerator and sink available. Next to the bar there is a laundry room with washing machine. A shower room with WC also belongs to the pool area.
Sun loungers and parasols are available.

“Excellent villa for large parties”
Excellent villa only problem was the shower cubicle in the green suite needs upgrading as it was flooding when having a shower,also not suitable for elderly people due to very steep hills

“Disappointing”
Upon arrival we had to wait for about 30 minutes to be let in. Bear in mind that I was discussing our early arrival that same morning with him and I was reassured that we can head straight to villa when we land. When I rang the landlord he said that his friend is now buying food for us. Standing on the street in the heat was not great so to say. Instead of food we would have preferred soap and toilet paper in all bathrooms but only some of them had toilet paper and only one had liquid soap. Initially i had given this property two stars on google reviews but after the landord responded that i never told them that something was wrong I am only leaving one. I will now explain why I took away the 2nd star. The chain of the grill is hanging by a thread and is absolutely not safe to use especially when I told you that we were cooking at home, the internet was barely working till eventually it stopped working all together. I sent the landlord two separate emails about these issues and was absolutely ignored so did not bother with other things like broken beds in the upstairs room and possibly in a few others too. The door in the upstairs toilet is MISSING. NONE of the doors lock so no privacy whatsoever!! The table and chairs outside the room were very dirty. Luckily I had taken my wet wipes to the trip. I had to clean the table three times until the wipes would be clean! The fountain is not working and a large bit is broken off of it, but I didn't really mind that. It's just aesthetics after all. Why I am furious is that because there was not enough soap and no chemicals to clean the kitchen and bathrooms apart from washing up liquid my new husband got a stomach bug! Constant vomiting, diarrhoea and horrid stomach pains was not a great start for our honey moon. A day later I got it too. Also no one came to check if any cleaning had to be done. We had a few very experienced cooks including a chef with a lot of experience so the meats could not have been undercooked before you start assuming that. We were eating at the villa until that point so that germ must have been there somewhere on the surfaces and not anywhere else. A trip to the hospital sorted me out. Just make sure you have the European health insurance card and passport(or simply travel insurance) with you if you're staying there because otherwise the treatment can be quite expensive(just the deposit is €200)! I will mention that there really is a lot of space in this property and it was even at times hard to find other guests. The plants around it look amazing. I am simply very disappointed with how the landlord handled everything. I wish the landlord good luck in improving their service.
