Description

A stylish new house incorporating reclaimed period features and all new materials makes this a comfortable and elegant house to stay in. The house has three bedrooms two with their own south facing terrace, and a patio off an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room. From the top terrace there are spectacular views around the whole valley and the village of Alájar with its church steeple and clock tower

Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and WC. The kitchen comes with all new Bosch appliances – oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle.

If the house is rented in conjunction with either/or Casa Estrella or Casa Carmen there will be pool access in those houses. Casa Antonio is however located just a 2 minute walk from Alájar’s new 25 meter municipal pool which opened in 2015.

The house is equipped with the latest aerothermic heating and cooling system which provides a comfortable indoor temperature all year round. In the summer the radiators provide air conditioning and in winter heating all controlled thermostatically.

There is WiFi access and a large flat screen TV with separate DVD player. More details are available on request.

How do damage deposits work?
