Description

This beautiful EaDo Townhome features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, Granite countertops & SS appliances in the kitchen. Living & dining area has custom ceiling fans & plantation shutters. Laminate wood floors at master, living & 1st floor staircase. Third floor features a spacious loft. Private back yard is great for entertaining w/ nice wooden deck and an electric grill. Home is walking distance to Toyota Center, Dynamo Stadium & Minute Maid Park!

If you need some time alone, the first floor master bedroom and third floor loft provide a suitable retreat, each with their own wall-mounted TV. The loft doubles as a mini-office with a printer in case you need to get some work done or print tickets to any of the fun events happening around town.

Parking: Feel free to park up to one car in the garage during your stay, and another car may park in the drive way. Any additional cars may park along Delano or Nagle St.

WiFi |Network password will be provided during your stay.

Desk & Wireless Printer | Traveling for business? Taking work with you? Writing your memoirs? Planning the next day's shenanigans? You can utilize the desk in the loft as designated work space and print from your laptop or phone.

Netflix, Hulu, Jailbroken Fire Stick | If you’re cozying up at the house and want to watch some movies, you’re more than welcome to access my Netflix account. The 2nd and 3rd Floor TV’s have Netflix “built-in” as an app, so you will just need to press the Netflix button on the TV remote, and you will automatically be logged in.

Sleeping Arrangements | King bed for 2 in Master Bedroom. Queen bed for 2 in guest bedroom. Couch for 1 in Living Room and Couch and Love Seat for 2 more in the Loft. Queen Air Mattress available for 1-2 that can be set up in the Living Room, loft, or wherever desired. Extra bedding, including sleets, blankets, and pillows, is stored in the 1st floor hallway closet. There are also additional blankets located in the living room for added coziness.

Stocked Bathrooms | Feel free to use the shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, paper products, and hair dryers in each of the 2 bathrooms.

Dishwasher | Feel free to use the dishwasher as you need. You can run it before you leave, and the cleaning crew will take care of putting the dishes away.

Washer & Dryer | Need to knock out some laundry before you pack and head home? Help yourself to the washer & dryer, which are located on the 2nd floor, just outside the kitchen. Laundry detergent will be provided.

Iron & Ironing Board | Iron out those wrinkles before you head out for a night on the town! The iron and ironing board are stored on the 2nd floor next to the washer & dryer.

Fans in town for Super Bowl have the option of taking public transportation. This will help you save on time wasted in traffic and parking fees. Bus stop at the corner of Polk & Delano St. Take the Metro Bus 40 or 41 to Main Street Square. Get on the MetroRail Red Line train. It will drop you off directly in front of NRG Stadium. During busy times like Texans games, Super Bowl, or Houston Rodeo, the train ride from Main Street to NRG takes around 45 minutes. There is a free METRO app that you can purchase your tickets in advance ($1.25/single ride or $3.00/all day pass). You may also purchase your tickets at the Main Street train stop. Webpage:
