Appealing and stylishly refurbished. With 1 unit per floor, this 3rd Floor unit is easily accessed by the lift right to your front door. Complete with 3 air conditioned bedrooms, a spacious bathroom plus an ensuite to the master bedroom, the living area will comfortably accommodate 6 guests, a kitchen with quality fittings and fixtures and a complete laundry with washing machine and dryer. (Please note: there is no bath in this unit)
There are 3 balconies edging this unit so you can enjoy water views from all angles. The North facing balcony allows views as far as the eye can see you will most certainly see the whales if you are looking at the right time.
The bedding configuration: 1 x King size Bed, 1 Queen Bed & 2 Single Beds. All bedrooms have built-in robes, tiled floors, ceiling fans and natural lighting when the sun rises.
This property comes supplied with all linen and the beds will be made, your arrival is fuss free.

Moffat Beach is a wonderful place to holiday and this unit is located just a short walk from the local shops, restaurants and cafe's. If you enjoy surfing, this is the place to be - Moffat Beach has the best waves for surfing and if you want to swim, maybe stroll around to Dicky Beach where the lifesavers are on duty all year round.
