Amalfi on Kings is a block of luxury apartments overlooking Kings Beach at Caloundra, offering fully self contained luxury apartments for holiday rental. This boutique block is perfectly situated for a wonderful holiday only a very short stroll to Kings Beach (with 4 other beaches close by); a short stroll to restaurants, hotel and shops.This unit features a large balcony with extensive ocean views, three bedrooms, ensuite, furnished and airconditioned with secure undercover two car parking. Complex facilities include a gym, a Media Room with plasma TV & DVD, a large undercover BBQ area and lap pool. So get in early and make a booking to experience this great holiday apartment.
With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms this unit comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The bedding configuration is 2 Queen beds and 2 single beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and this convenience is also available in the lounge room.
The lounge/dining rooms offer the comfort of the climate control air conditioner. The Leather lounge suite is positioned perfectly to enjoy TV viewing on the wall mounted LCD TV. The balcony is a great viewing platform to take in the sights of Kings Beach to Moreton Island as well as sections of Bribie Island. It's quite relaxing to watch the ships glide through the shipping channel each day. With the extendable outdoor table, you can all be comfortably seated with plenty of room to enjoy any meal of the day.
The Kitchen is fully self contained with sufficient crockery, cutlery, dishwasher, microwave, Cooktop and oven as well as a large Stainless Steel refrigerator.
A full laundry gives the convenience for those chores that we just can't get away from.
LINEN NOT INCLUDED. This property comes supplied with pillows and blankets or doonas. Linen (sheets, bath towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bath mats and hand towels) is not included in the price. However, guests can hire a linen pack directly from us which includes the above linen items, and it will be delivered to the property on the day of your arrival. Simply contact us prior to arrival to organise linen hire.
