What a great place to relax, the children running off their excess energy in the park across the road, taking your dog for a stroll along the waterfront, fishing from the banks of Pumicestone Passage or taking the fishing boat out into the wilderness. You can enjoy it all from this beautifully styled holiday home. You can also bring your small dog as there is room for them too. Wifi is available - Please ask for the password when checking in.

The living area is stylishly furnished with a wall mounted TV, ceiling fan (for those balmy summer nights), 2 large lounges set on beautiful timber look flooring. Large glass sliding doors open this area out to the landing where you can settle under the umbrella with breakfast lunch or dinner.

The kitchen is complete with large gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and plenty of bench space to create your culinary delights.

LINEN NOT INCLUDED. This property comes supplied with pillows and blankets or doonas.  Linen (sheets, bath towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bath mats and hand towels) is not included in the price.  However, guests can hire a linen pack directly from us which includes the above linen items, and it will be delivered to the property on the day of your arrival.  Simply contact us prior to arrival to organise linen hire. 

The Main bedroom has the added bonus of airconditioning - if you close the house up this can also be ideal when you want to cool the other rooms.

The laundry is compact but very accessible offering both a washing machine and dryer.The bathroom has a walk in shower which is great if you have difficulty with steps.

Pet welcome: small/ medium/ large outside dog, Please advise us at least 1 month prior to arrival of the breed and size of the dog. If we are unaware of a dog staying your bond will be withheld. ( See clause regarding pets in Terms and Conditions)
