Description
The large living-dining room in front of the spacious terrace has very attractively been furnished, has an open kitchen and an electric fireplace.
The holiday flat, on the "Cottage San Juan", has 2 bedrooms each with a double bed with two 90 x 200 cm mattresses. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, with shower, toilet, bidet and everything has been nicely decorated.
The holiday flat has wireless internet and satellite TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 ring ceramic hobs, oven combined with a microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, filters for drinking water, espresso machine and much more. All you need for a comfortable holiday is in this fantastic villa.
The flat has bed linen, towels, beach towels, iron, hair dryer, bathrobes etc.
From the pool area, (the pool is 8 x 8 m), you can view the tropical garden and the deep blue ocean. A dream view!
It is the right place for holidaymakers who want to spend their holiday in nature.
The holiday flat “Casa Sevilla” is in a fantastic location above the typical fishing village "Playa San Juan" on a finca in the south west of Tenerife.
You have from there fantastic unobstructed 180° views of the Atlantic Ocean and the neighbouring island of La Gomera, in a very clear weather on La Palma, El Hierro and the sun from the morning to evening on the beautiful private terrace in front of the apartment.
Not only the days at the finca are beautiful also the sunsets are spectacular.
As from a picture book.
From the holiday flat to the next beach, Playa San Juan, it is just 15 minutes by car, to the next town to go shopping in Guia de Isora it is by car 10 minutes and to the next golf course is also just 10 minutes.
