The private holiday studio "Parlour" with 44m² has a living room with kitchenette and bathroom.
The living area with a comfy sofa, a granite table and a breakfast table (with sea view).
The sleeping area with a large double bed (2mx2m) with tasteful quality linen and wardrobes.
The kitchenette is equipped with 2 ring hobs, fridge, coffee maker and much more.
The adjoining modern bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, bath towels, hand towels and bathrobes.
Internet with Wi-Fi, satellite TV with international channels and air conditioning are also available.
On the terrace outside the living room you have a table and chairs for 4 people.
It offers absolute discretion by the very quiet and private location.

The unit "UVI" is a small studio with 30m², for a max. of 2 people.
