THE COTTAGE OFFERS:

The cottage has a modern creative playful style with a hint of sophisticated rustic charm.

It has a unique style kitchenette which allows you to be creative and design your own tapas to pair with your favourite wines.

Step down into your private cellar/dining room and adore its 1856 charm of original features. Priceless and unique 160 year old beams and limestone walls which tell a story of yesteryear, wine and dine in style.

Enjoy a cosy lounge area, feel the comfort and warmth of the slow combustion fireplace. A relaxing room to share board games, movies. Step outside and enjoy the ambience of your own private garden with what it has to offer.

The large decking area has a 6 seater table, enjoy the electric portable BBQ for entertaining.

Enjoy your private outdoor Jacuzzi room which accommodates up to 5 people. Open the louvres for a beautiful ivy view whilst sipping on your favourite wine reminiscing on your day.

After your Jacuzzi experience step down into the chiminea area, light the outdoor fire and relax some more.

Make sure you follow the path to the original wishing well, toss a coin and make a wish.

After your outdoor experience enjoy the clean crisp bathroom facilities before turning in for the evening.

Possum Suite is a charming bedroom with historic pressed tin ceilings. The room has an intimate king size bed with romantic characteristics that will make you feel like royalty. A romantic setting for those special occasions.

Kookaburra Suite is a relaxing bedroom setting with original floorboards and wooden ceilings. The room has a king size bed and a day bed with a trundle for a cosy nook or extra bedding.

Stayed for two nights in mid september. Gorgeous and cosy place. Very well appointed kitchen. Fabulous outdoor deck with jacuzzi and chiminea. Will definitely stay again!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I make changes to my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Renee (the owner) a message.

If Renee (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
