This villa in Playa Blanca has a large terrace equipped with outdoor furniture, private heated swimming pool and private parking is the perfect place for a quality holiday.

Located in a very quiet and well located residential area, the villa Esperanza is the ideal place to enjoy Lanzarote.

With a modern and comfortable decoration and a very well kept and equipped exterior, this villa offers all the comfort and relaxation you need during your holidays.

It has 3 cosy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (both with shower tray); the master bedroom with double bed of 1.50 x 1.90 and en suite bathroom and a second bedroom with double bed and a third bedroom with 2 single beds. Living-dining room very luminous thanks to the large windows and with direct access to the outside area. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher so you have everything you need to enjoy with your family and friends.

The villa Esperanza offers services that we know are important to you such as wifi service, Smart TV, 42-inch HD with the possibility of Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, HBO (you need to be a user to access the applications), satellite TV, air conditioning and barbecue. This accommodation is equipped with individual parking space and private and independent entrance.
