Situated on the signature 10th hole of the Robert Trent Golf Course, Night Harbour provides its guests with the unique opportunity in Palmetto Dunes Resort to experience both ocean views and golf course views while sitting on the porches and balconies of this exquisitely renovated home. Night Harbour boasts some exceptional outdoor areas, including a private pool (which can be heated for an additional fee) and a sundeck with poolside lounge chairs. There's also a covered deck on the main level of the home with a large additional seating area as well as a second floor balcony with outdoor seating -- both of which afford peaceful & serene ocean & golf views over the backyard pool area. The interior of Night Harbour is every bit as amazing as its exterior amenities. The open floor plan layout between the kitchen, dining area and living room area enable you and your guests to enjoy one another's company but there are also plenty of spaces within the home for you and your guests to retreat for some quiet time. There are two master suites in the home -- both located on the lower level of the home. Four of the five bedrooms in the home have their own en suite bathroom. Guests enter Night Harbour through the front door on the front porch. Upon entering the home, you'll find the home's light & airy foyer that connects you to the living room, kitchen, dining area, half bathroom, laundry room and both master suites. Take the stairs to the second floor to find the kids' bunkroom suite, queen suite and guest bedroom. Access the covered back deck from the living room or dining area. Take the stairs from the covered back deck down to the patio level where you will find the private pool and sundeck with lounge chairs.

NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger individuals will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. Please be mindful of the residential character of the home -- and respectful of our neighbors -- throughout your stay.

Pool is serviced weekly by a pool service company. It is NOT serviced on every arrival day. Storms and prior guests may mean it is not in pristine condition.
