In the midst of the beautiful Vogtland region, high up in a great secluded location, Appartement (130sqm) above sea level. the entire top floor of the house. Brand new and with every comfort you will find a gem for those seeking peace, romantics, skiers, hikers, etc. Even children & pets feel at home here. You can let themselves go well as self-catering here or take the additional services (gg fee.) In claim: bakery service, breakfast service, 1 full fridge, evening half-board menu, Saunas & Infrared sauna, laundry (WM & dryer), extra cleaning service. Upon arrival a cash deposit of 250, - due. € cleaning fee deducted - Of these 70 are. Upon departure (without damage and / or loss), the remaining deposit will be refunded. The app. is a non-smoking Rapp. In the garden a 4p furniture for you is ready, here you can see pass hares, deer, hedgehogs. The starry sky is here gigantic & calm, tranquility everywhere. The meadows and the forest is a minute away, as well as the hiking trails, bike paths, great routes for mountain bikers, many lakes etc. A lift takes you to the 3rd floor / attic. The laminate floors in warm wood look are perfect for people with allergies! As a special feature, the tot. App. is barrier-free. Mugs Krupp stairlift to the door, no thresholds, shower chair, standing up, walk gr. Shower (2.00m x 1.00m), under wheeled gr.
