Description
Equanimity - meaning calm or serene is the way you will feel when staying at this charming character filled home in a fantastic location overlooking the Kangaroo River. Located on a quiet culdesac the property is just a short stroll from Kangaroo Valley village.
Guests will love the beautifully landscaped ornamental gardens and the large deck with gas BBQ, heaters and fan looking over the river. There is a small firepit for you to enjoy but please bring your own wood for the firepit. The property has direct access to one of the best swimming holes in the valley which is also a great location for kayaking and fishing.
Equanimity is the perfect location for a romantic weekend away or groups of up to 8. The master bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite, air-conditioning and a beautiful private balcony where you can enjoy the view of the river. The second bedroom has a king bed, air conditioning and a day bed which can be pulled out to form a double bed. The third bedroom is perfect for children with a set of bunks.
Your comfort at Equanimity is assured all year round with an open fire place, reverse cycle air conditioning and a gas heater. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with ice maker. There is a large screen TV, DVD and Bose sound system.
The property also has complimentary free wifi and Netflix.
This is a non smoking property. Pets are allowed but please keep them off furniture and clean up after them and let us know.
