Located five minutes walk from Marina Rubicon and close to restaurants, supermarkets and the promenade. Comfortable 2-bedroom apartment offering good value with lounge, well equipped kitchen diner, bathroom with walk-in shower. Free wifi internet and multi-channel TV including all main channels, sports and movies. Private terrace for sitting/dining with table, chairs and sun loungers. A small community pool, independently managed, is directly in front of the apartment.

Getting around

Marina Rubicon is a few minutes walk with its restaurants and designer shops. A pleasant stroll along the promenade (10 minutes) will take you to Playa Dorada beach. The promenade takes you in to the centre of Playa Blanca. Walking in the other direction, via Los Colorados will take you to the magnificent beaches and coves of Papagayo. A car is not necessary unless you intend to explore the rest of the island. A local bus stop is within 200 metres of the apartment.

“Great location in Playa Blanca”

No need to hire a car - the apartment is just minutes walk from shops and restaurants around the marina in Playa Blanca; once there you can walk east or west with ease as there is a superb promenade which stretches for miles along the sea front. Plenty of space in the property with two spacious bedrooms and well equipped kitchen and living space. It is fairly basic but it was fine for our needs, and also has a small outside space with table and chairs. The owner was really helpful beforehand and answered any queries we had, also left us all the basic provisions for our first day which was very welcome!

How do damage deposits work?
