This villa has been expanded and remodeled and now ready to accept bookings! Set directly on Grace Bay beach within the private and gated Leeward Association, just two miles from the town of Grace Bay, this location is the best and just a short beach walk to the island's most prestigious hotels, restaurants and shopping.

This villa has just been expanded to an 8-bedroom, 7-full bathroom oceanfront mini-resort with gym, pickle ball court, new heated pool with spa, massage room, outdoor bar and kitchen.

Fill your days lounging at the villa with a full-time staff of 3 (including a private chef, butler, and housekeeper) to assist you.

Enjoy working out in the gym with Peloton tread and bike, pickle ball on our private court, kayaking, paddle boarding, biking, snorkeling, or nearby tennis and golf.

Sunsets at milestone are priceless and the memories will last a lifetime...

Note that Milestone can be rented with either 6-bedrooms (all ensuite) or 8-bedrooms. Please inquire about the 8-bedroom rates.

How do damage deposits work?

If Seth (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
