Description
Altos de la Quinta, is located 45 minutes drive from Malaga airport. A beautiful, quiet and peaceful location, yet only 10 minutes drive to the glitzy Puerto Banus and traditional town of San Pedro.
This is an exclusive first floor apartment, set in a quiet development, surrounded by mountains, well tended tropical gardens and is within a 27 hole golf complex, which was designed by the three times World Champion and Ryder Cup Winner, Manuel Pinero. The course is accessible to all and is split between 3, nine hole golf courses. Guests also have the exclusive use of the golf club, restaurants and spa which is located within a 5* Hotel complex on the resort. The communal gated pool is within a 1 minute walk.
The apartment also comes with its own car parking space and is opposite the entrance to the apartment. The apartment can be accessed by either stairs or a lift.
Newly furnished in 2016, with marbled floors throughout, it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en-suite and one family.
There is a fully equipped Bosh kitchen with all the amenities you have at home, including a Nespresso coffee maker and dishwasher. There is also a separate laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The lounge is separated by a six seater stressed oak table and chairs and has a comfortable corner sofa with brand new internet TV system. The apartment also offers free WiFi, Internet and telephone for national calls.
The living room and master bedroom both lead out onto the south east facing balcony, which overlooks the beautiful gardens, where you can enjoy soaking up the sun during the day or relaxing in the evening enjoying some tapas and your favourite tipple!
Fully air conditioned (hot and cold), exceptionally comfortable beds, with boutique quality bed linen, light duvets are also available should they be needed. Towels (bath and beach) are also included.

“Definitely coming back next year”
