Safe and secured place, very courteous building personnel, clean, great ambiance.. Nightly display of fireworks.. Few minutes walk to US Embassy, Rizal Park, Manila Hotel and other 5-star hotels, Robinson Mall, Ocean Park, Museong Pambata (Children's Museum), National Museum, major hospitals, banks, money changers, casinos, cafes, restaurants, pizza shops, barber shop, coffee shops, historical churches, train system (LRT), major roads.. Few minutes by car/taxi going to Mall of Asia, golf course, Intramuros, universities and colleges, international and domestic seaports... 20-30 mins by taxi to airports and major casinos, Cultural Center of the Phils, PICC, Folk Arts Theater..

How do damage deposits work?
