LUXURY ACCOMMODATION FOR 10 PEOPLE: Monte Leon, La Manga Club, Monte Leon, is a spacious, five double bedroom villa located at one of the highest points of La Manga Club in the very private community of MONTE LEON.
Due to its unrivalled position, it has uninterrupted views over the hills, Club, Mar Menor and the Mediterranean.
The entrance hall leads to the stylishly furnished living/dining area, off which there is the large, fully-equipped kitchen. On the same floor is a bathroom next to bedroom one.
Wide stairs lead down to three further bedrooms.
Bedrooms two and three each have twin beds and share the second bathroom.
Bedroom four is the master bedroom with twin beds, and French doors leading to the terrace and with superb views. Fully equipped en-suite.
The separate bedroom five is accessed from the lower pool terrace. It has a double four poster bed, en suite and overlooks the pool.
Next to it is the fully equipped utility room.
The large main terrace, with kidney shaped pool, has different seating areas, daybed, sunbeds and extensive views over the hills and seas.
The second terrace, with gas barbecue, is beautifully planted and offers an outdoor dining area, plus a separate seating area. Again, with stunning views.
From this terrace there are steps up to the third terrace, the roof terrace, with 360 degree views of the hills, Club and seas.
A further fourth terrace, with a large seating area, is accessed from the lounge.
The rental price includes all bed linen, bath and hand towels, pool towels, electricity and free WIFI. Heated pool at request (200€ 1st week 100€ thereafter)
Guests will enjoy a relaxing, stress-free stay in this villa with all its amenities, stunning location and unrivalled views. Enjoy the pool or explore the surrounding hills, along the paths around the villa. The Club itself has a wide range of restaurants and bars, as well as other leisure activities. Golf, tennis, football, horse riding and mini-golf. The nearest, safe and sandy beach is only a 15 min drive away. In the area enthusiasts can enjoy cycling, kayaking, wind-surfing, sailing, jet-skiing and water-skiing.
Cartagena, with its naval port and Roman archaeological sites, is only a 20 min drive away. In the hills nearby are many reminders of the mine workings in the area, dating from Roman times.
Visit the Sierra Minera heritage site and go down an actual mine. An exciting day-out for children.
