Description

Beautiful, one of a kind, Folly original. This 1940's home was totally renovated, to the studs. Lofty ceilings full of natural light and warm golden wood.

One block to the beautiful beach, six blocks to Center St.

A spacious great room for family gatherings; open floor plan, well-equipped kitchen, hardwood floors throughout; Side porch for grilling, huge 12 x 30 front porch. 3 bedrooms with flat screen TVs; and 2 full baths. Private 12 x 40 screened porch to enjoy a little privacy or your morning coffee. An enclosed outside shower complete with hot and cold water and a changing area makes it easy to clean up after a day in the sun and surf!

Because this is our first year offering our house, we have no ratings yet. Our other vacation rental boasts a 5 star rating on multiple sites (look up "1940s condo in the heart of Folly"). You will not be disappointed!

Rinse sand from body before entering house after visiting the beach.
Check out is at 10 am.
All dishes must be washed and put away, including those in the dishwasher.
Empty refrigerator of all foods and beverages
Clean and dry one load of towels/sheets. Place another load of laundry in the washer. Leave all remaining used sheets and towels in the laundry room.
Sweep or vacuum any sand on the floors. Rinse tubs and showers of sand.
Empty garbage and recycling and place in bins under house.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Anton (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
