Description

Families, couples, adventurers, retirees, and working nomads from around the world find a secure and cosy accommodation in our apartment. It is situated in the fourth floor of the house 102 in the calm and secure condominium Saekyung Village close to the main road between the airport and the beach of Lapu Lapu Island. It is easy to reach from the Mactan-Cebu International Airport in 20 to 30 minutes. A seven-eleven convenience shop is situated at the entrance of the condominium. A big mall, restaurants and a hospital are easy to reach in 7 minutes with a motor tricycle. In 5 minutes a tricycle can bring you to the beach. Few meters beside the house there are two swimming poosl. We rent an apartment equipped with three bedrooms, the rooms have air condition. There is a fully equipped living room with TV and a kitchenette. At the balcony there is.a washing machine. We have a fast internet connection / WIFI. A convenience shop is situated at short distance inside of the condominium.

Important note:This is a self check-in / check-out apartment. You will find the key in the key locker box beside the entrance. Upon booking you will receive the PIN number of the locker box.
