Located in the very heart of the Costa del sol, directly overlooking the beautiful surroundings of the Miraflores Golf course in Riviera del Sol, on one of the most sought after residential sites.

All local amenities are only a few minutes walk away, including sports facilities, restaurants, banks and shops, as well as the magnificent beaches and cosmopolitan atmosphere of Marbella.

The architectural design of Royal Golf Riviera has been complimented with lush gardens and 2 community pools, creating a uniquely beautiful and private surrounding.

Each apartment has air-con, fully fitted kitchens, garage parking and Freeview sky channels.

PLEASE NOTE. There is a switch (looks like a light switch) underneath the fuse box board, near the front door.... this switch activates the air conditioning to allow you to use the control pad in the lounge to turn on the air conditioning (hot or cold) in the lounge and bedrooms. It is a two hour timer, so if you accidentally go out and forget to turn it off - it will automatically turn off. Just hit the switch by the front door again when you want to resume using the air conditioning.

Getting around

A car is recommended as this urbanisation is set amid the beautiful Miraflores Golf Club, unless you like a good walk (uphill on the way home). Its 5 minutes drive to the heart of La Cala De Mijas Town, and the beaches and chiringuitos, and less to the lovely shops, bars and restaurants of Riviera. Regular buses run along the coastal road every 20 minutes in peak period, run both ways, if you want to visit Marbella Town or Puerta Banus port to the West, or Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Malaga to the East, you could walk down, grab the bus, and then when you get off the bus stop on your way back - grab a taxi up the hill home. Trains run from Malaga airport to Fuengirola, then a taxi or bus can be taken straight to the apartment.

For a small cost, we can supply welcome packs to make your arrival easier (with or without beer and wine), and for families - have travel cots, high chairs and car seats for a very reasonably priced rental charge. Ideally no all male or female stag or hen parties please.
All same gender golf parties welcome.
Smoking outside property only, keep noise to a minimum.
All rubbish to be removed regularly, particularly on exit and taken to the bins outside the urbanisation (collected daily in Spain by refuse collectors) this is a pest control measure and must be adhered to. A charge of €5 per bag of refuse left in the property may be levied in case on non compliance.
