**To use the communal pool and gym you will need to pay a daily fee of $10 per guest which is charged by the Clubhouse. A maximum of six guests from your party can use the facilities at one time. There is no charge for using the tennis court and playground. **

The Lounge Area is fabulous, very plush and extremely elegant, designed with a classic Nautical colour scheme, its stylish comfortable seating and a television will make it the ultimate place to gather and watch a film or catch up on the latest game after a busy day out at one of the many Orlando attractions.

Sitting Room/Office There is a 2nd sitting room downstairs, which is the perfect place to retreat with a book, or if you do need to catch up with some work or studying there is a handy desk for you to use.

There is a 2nd TV Room / Loft Area upstairs that also includes another television, plenty of comfortable seating and is a great place for entertaining the children or if the ultimate game clashes with a must-see movie.

The Kitchen is quality high end and has everything you will need to keep your guests happy, from a quick breakfast or lunch which you can enjoy at the elegant and very comfortable open plan breakfast bar whilst still conversing with the family while preparing a meal.

The Games Room includes even more fun with Air Hockey, a Foosball Table and Pool, there is simply everything to entertain all of your guests.

The Luxury well-appointed bedrooms are spectacular and offer all the comfort and glamour you could wish for and with attention to luxury details that are second to none.

There are televisions in all bedrooms which will allow you to relax in stylish comfort before joining the other guests for dinner and with one of the rooms including two bunk beds, it will be a delight to children traveling with friends or other family members.

The Pool Deck can only be described as magnificent. With its beautiful pool and spa and breath-taking panoramic view of the conservation area and Lake, it will be a little utopia to enjoy the Florida Sunshine relaxing, swimming, soaking in the spa and catching up with the latest novel.

There is a covered Lanai that has a table and chairs so you can certainly sample the delights of outdoor dining or just cocktails and nibbles of an evening under the stars.

Bedroom 1 (Downstairs) Is a gorgeous King Bedroom with a television. There is a Bathroom next door that includes a bath with shower over, with a single basin unit and w.c.

Bedroom 2 (Downstairs) Is a twin bedroom with a television. There is a Bathroom next door that includes a bath with shower over, with a single basin unit and w.c.

Bedroom 3 (upstairs) and is a Queen Bedroom that continues the lovely glamourous interiors and has Ensuite Facilities of a bath with shower over, single basin unit and w.c.

Bedroom 4 (upstairs) has two bunk beds, with the bottom bunk on each a full-size bed, which will be great fun for friends and family to share the adventure and includes a television with Ensuite Bathroom facilities of bath with shower over and single basin unit with w.c.

Bedroom 5 (upstairs) Is a beautiful Queen bedroom with a television and Jack n Jill bathroom facilities of a bath with shower and two single basin units (one each end of the entrances) and w.c.

Bedroom 6 (upstairs) and is a fabulous sumptuous King Suite with a television and Ensuite Facilities of a separate shower and double basin unit with w.c.

Whilst Providence does still have construction in certain communities, and there are still homes to be built in Crofton Avenue all of the homes in the cul de sac that this home Is in are now built.
