Comfortable apartment with all amenities and a lovely garden ready to enjoy.

The complex is 400mts away from the sea and it's got two incredible swimming pools surrounded by palm trees and sunbeds as you can see in the photos.

The flat is in a very good condition and very quiet. No crowdy neighbours or undesirable noises. The garden is 2,5mts higher than street level which offers you a good privacy to enjoy.

FREE WIFI, 40" FLAT SMART TV, DVD CD player, washing machine, electric boiler, electric hob kitchen, oven, big fridge with freezer, kettle, iron, toaster, coffee machine, orange juicer machine, microwave, high chair for children and baby cot, linen provided.

The complex's got a really good location, surrounded by shops, restaurants, supermarket and many more only 200mts away.

The apartment is the perfect choice if your are looking for a relaxing holiday for you and your couple or your family being only 10 minutes away from the crowdy Las Americas or Los Cristianos.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
