This luxury 3 bedroom apartment (with an additional bonus room) is available for short term let it's suitable for large groups of contractors, friends or families.
Sleeps 7 guests on individual beds + 3 guests on sofa beds or a group of up to 16 sharing. 5 mins walk to a white sandy beach.
Great Marina and surrounding views. Apartment is within 5 minutes walk from the Dubai Walk & various entertainment spots. The apartment is near JBR. Access to gym & outdoor pool amongst other facilities.
If the Guest's number is less than the full capacity of the property, we reserve the right to lock away the rooms with the excess beds. Optionally, we can leave the rooms opened for an extra charge.
This apartment is located within a secure building monitored by security and a concierge. Should your guest numbers on arrival be more than that which was confirmed beforehand additional charges of 456 AED per extra guest will apply aswell as this extra rooms not booked will be locked away if not booked at full capacity.
