Description

Right next to Duquesa port less than a minutes walk with both pool and sea views. This is a lovely apartment with good sized rooms and bathrooms suitable for two couples with one or two children. Bedroom 1 does also have a camp bed suitable for a younger child.

Both bathrooms have a shower and a bath, with one of the baths being a spa bath.

It is no step access from the street and so ideal for buggy's or those with limited mobility.

There are two pools on site one immediately outside the apartment on the sun terrace and one the next level down.

The beach is a two minute walk away.

The town of Sabinillas is also within walking distance along the beach promenade with access to further bars and restaurants in addition to those in Duquesa.

Within the port there are many cafes, bars, restaurants and take away food shops to cater for every need.

“Amazing Apartment!”

We stayed at this fabulous apartment and my only complaint is that a week in it was just not long enough! The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and had everything you may need for a relaxing break. The location is perfect and although very close to the busy port was extremely quiet at night. I can’t wait to book again! We have been visiting Duquesa for many years now and it is my very favourite place…this has now become my very favourite apartment!

“Fantastic family apartment in great location with amazing views”

The Marina Real complex is right next to Duquesa Port and front line to the beach so the location could not have been better. We were a family of 2 adults and 3 'preenies' travelling in August for 4 nights. To have everything literally on your doorstep (a local supermarket , restaurants, bars, take aways etc.) was fantastic. The apartment was tastefully decorated, absolutely immaculate and much bigger than the photos show. It was plenty big enough for all of us although a slight squeeze with 3 in the 2nd bedroom. You stepped right off the patio and in to the pool which was never very busy - although sun beds were sometimes in short supply. The pool and patio area are in the shade from late afternoon but this can be a welcome relief from the heat. Aircon and WiFi worked for us and the TV even had some English speaking channels. The kitchen had everything you would need and even a filter coffee machine. Would definitely recommend the Italian restaurant in The Square 'La Traviata' and also the Thai Restaurant 'Asiatico Fu' right next to the port. The 'Place' was great for cocktails. All in all we had a fabulous stay in this apartment. Tracey C was very efficient with communication throughout the booking process. My only suggestion would be to have more than 1 set of keys to the apartment. We absolutely love Puerto de la Duquesa which is a little gem of a place and cannot wait to return. Thanks again Tracey.

How do damage deposits work?
