Description
Suviranta - Lake House in Central Finland
Beautiful and peaceful summer cottage, which we gave with love the name “Suviranta”. It has a living room with open fire place, fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed). This house is only 30 footsteps from the lake shore away! There is also a Hot Tub on your free disposal!
Bed linen and towels are included and are ready at your arrival. If needed, there is a baby cot for your disposal.
On the large terasse there is a dining table with chairs, gas grill and a bar counter. Outside there is additionally a couch with a moscito net, where 2 persons also can sleep in summertime. This is my favourite place!
The cabin has also a electrical heating/AC, so that you can enjoy your holiday here year-round. Why not try ice-hole swimming...
There is a Mobile WiFi with good opportunity for WFH.
Sauna is a traditional wood heated Finnish Sauna. The heat is very soft and pleasant. The water you take from the lake and it is heated in a tank around the oven. There is no shower, you wash yourself in the sauna.
There is a wood heated Hot Tub at your free disposal.
There is a separate building with wood storage and a biological outdoor toilet.
The yard is clean-cut lawn, comfortable to run barefoot. Badminton court and a football goal invites to a play.
The lake is only 30 meters away and is gently sloping and has a sand bottom.
Toweri - a tower with an amazing view over the lake, with climbing wall, downstairs a lovely place with hammock and Fat Boys to relax and to sleep (in summertime).
This place is very amiable for childen. Pets are welcome as well!
There is a own rowing boat.
On the lake shore there is a fire place and a very large dining table. Some fishing equipment is at your disposal.

Suviranta - Ferienhaus im Herzen Finnlands
Im Wohnzimmer ist ein offener Kamin und zum Sitzen und Schlafen 2 Couchbetten für je 2 Personen (im Wohnzimmer Schlafplätze für 4 Personen).
Zum Essen ist ein großer, ausziehbarer Tisch für 6 Personen.
In der Kochnische findet man eine komplette Küchenausstattung, Geschirr, einen elektrischen Herd mit Backofen, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine etc. Es ist ein großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank vorhanden.
Es sind 2 kleine Zimmer vorhanden, beide mit einem Doppelbett.
Es ist ein Babybett vorhanden.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Haus vorhanden und die Betten sind frisch bezogen vor eurer Ankunft.
Suviranta hat eine Klimaanlage/Heizung, um das Haus im Sommer kühl und im Winter kuschelig warm zu halten. Trinkwasser ist bei der Ankunft bereits vorhanden. Bitte dann anschließend nach Gebrauch die Trinkwasserkanister selber auffüllen in der Stadt oder beim Nachbarn.
In der Sauna ist ein großer, mit Holz beheizbarer Saunaofen drin. Er gibt eine wunderschöne, weiche Hitze ab! Wasser für die Sauna wird mit den Eimern aus dem See geholt und mit dem Heizen der Sauna erhitzt. Es ist keine Dusche vorhanden, sondern es ist eine traditionelle finnische Sauna mit Waschschüsseln und Eimern.
Am Strand steht ein Hot Tub, holzbeheizt, zur deinen freien Verfügung.
Toweri - ein Turm mit Aussichtsplateau und Kletterwand. Unten ein Raum mit Hängematte und 2 Fat Boys zum Relaxen und Schlafen (im Sommer).
Auf der großen Terrasse ist ein Esstisch mit Sitzgelegenheit, ein Gasgrill und eine Bartheke mit Spülbecken vorhanden. Unter der Überdachung, mit Mückennetz, steht eine Schlafcouch, wo 2 Personen im Sommer schlafen können. Das ist immer mein Lieblingsplatz!
Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und gepflegt. Es lädt ein zum barfuß rumlaufen, zum Frisbee, Federball oder Fußball spielen.

Wenn du gerne Rasen mähst, kannst du es hier gerne nach deiner Herzenslust machen! Rasenmäher, Trimmer und Sense stehen dir zur freien Verfügung.
Im Holzschuppen ist trockenes Brennholz vorhanden. Brennholz ist in angemessener Menge im Mietpreis inklusive. 3 Fahrräder stehen zur freien Verfügung.
Das Ufer ist sehr kinderfreundlich, sowie die ganze Umgebung auch. Der Sandstrand ist ein Traumspielplatz für die Kinder und geht sehr flach ins Wasser rein.
Es ist ein Ruderboot vorhanden.
Am Strand befindet sich ein großer Esstisch mit Bänken, Grillplatz und Lagerfeuerplatz. Am Strand gibt es auch Stromanschluss.
Haustiere sind herzlich willkommen und sie können frei rumlaufen.
Suviranta ist ein traumhaft schöner Ort zum Genießen und um sich zu erholen, egal ob im Sommer oder Winter.
