2 bedroom 2 bath fully furnished and fully air-conditioned villa for vacation rental at Sealofts On The Beach adjacent to the Marriott resort and across the street from the Royal St Kitts golf course. This OCEANVIEW villa comes fully equipped with granite countertops, expanded deck with outdoor sofa set and lounge chairs, regular staircase (NO SPIRAL STAIRS), 2 fully enclosed bedrooms and only 2 floors. The villa is fully equipped with in-unit computer with free WIFI, in-unit-washer/dryer, 2 LED cable tvs, microwave, security safe, sleep sofa, linen, towels, etc - all you need is your swimwear, clothes and toiletries. You will be thrilled with the breathtaking oceanview that can be experienced from all areas in the villa, except the 2 bathrooms.

Amenities include freshwater swimming pool, gazebos, barbecue area, lush tropical garden and direct access to the Atlantic beach.

Since this villa is privately owned and managed, you will be pleasantly surprised by all the little extras, including free telephone calls to the US and Canada and limited free calls to the rest of the world, excluding the Caribbean.

For those who wish to spend one month or more, you can enjoy 1 week free for every month spent.

This villa offers the option of 2 twin beds in one of the two bedrooms. If you wish to have 2 twin beds rather than a king in one of the bedrooms, kindly advise at time of booking or at least 7 days prior to arrival.

The property manager for this unit and a number of other units at Sealofts is Joyce. Her office is located directly across the taxi stand - a 2 minute walk from the Sealofts compound. In the rare event you encounter an issue during your stay, she will be there to assist. Joyce is a people person - so be sure to drop by the Caribbean Paradise Realty's office across the street to have a chat with her.

I am only a phone call away and available to assist guests with all matters. The Caribbean Paradise Realty's office is also open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30pm. Our very friendly property manager (Joyce) will be very happy to assist you and provide you with suggestions during your stay. Outside of office hours, she is only a phone call away . We recognise though that some guests prefer to enjoy their stay independently. If you wish to explore the island on your own without our input, we fully understand.

“Great Unit”

Unit 4 is in great condition with apparent updates. Spiral staircase in original unit has been replaced with a conventional staircase which makes it much easier to climb. Bedrooms have over sized bed… More

How do damage deposits work?
