There is also a SAVEMore Grocery store and Watsons on the ground floor, perfect for buying your everyday needs. It is also very conveniently located.

House Rules:

1. Strictly NO SMOKING in the building

2. Pets are NOT allowed

3. Each unit has a sensitive smoke detector so we suggest that every time you cook (even rice), please use the exhaust fan. Also, when the water is on in the bathroom, please turn on the bathroom exhaust fan while you re taking a shower

4. NO hanging of clothes on the window.

5. Avoid making loud noises especially at night.

6. Avoid frying fish (or anything that makes the room smell bad)

7. Trash may not be placed outside the unit. There is a garbage collector every morning, so when you hear the bell ringing, that is the only time that you can take the trash out.

8. PLEASE turn off the aircon/lights/TV every time you leave the unit or if not in use

9. PLEASE do not lose your keys or you will be asked to pay 1000 php.

VERY IMPORTANT:

1. For your own security, you will be asked to provide a scanned copy of a government-issued identification card (driver's license/passport) of all guests except children (12 years old and below), upon confirming your reservation. Rest assured that all information contained therein will be kept confidential and will only be used by our friendly security personnel to identify you as our guests during your stay at the Green Residence.

2. As much as we would like our guests to have access to all building amenities, the building administration only allows guests to use the pool for 150 php per person per day. However, if the guests would stay for 10 days and above, we'll shoulder the pool fees, but they need to inform us if they have plans to swim beforehand so we can arrange it.
