This three-bedroom, Sunshine-inspired and eco-friendly home is made for a great vacation! In the quiet and safe part of City Center, only an 8 min’s walk to Old Town. Close to cafes, restaurants, shopping and groceries. Warm and earthly colours; bright, modern and fully-equipped kitchen to let you fully enjoy your vacation or living in Tallinn. Great for groups & families!

Also superb for longer and shorter businesstrips in Tallinn for 3 or more persons!

Very suitable for families with kids (we have a crib and a highchair for babies), ask if you need them!

At houses 0 - floor is great brunch and lunch place - "Creperie& Pisco" (Open at 11-21).

We have also games for every ages, for adults and kids! Playstation 2 with different games, alias, chess, games to play with whole family (in english, finnish and russian language), soft toys, kitchen-play and other.

Two rooms with separate TV -s let enjoy different movies!

There are three bedrooms – two of them have a queen bed 160 x200 and one room has a single bed 120x200. All bedrooms have are separately and have privacy! In Every bedroom we have a comfortable armchair, desk and chair for working on a laptop.

In all bedrooms you also find a sofa-bed (extra sleeping place when opened 160x200, with extra covermatrass to quarantee a pefect sleep as in queenbed!) and in one room and in the livingroom flat – screen TV. In every room you find a wardrobe.

Nightblind + Wooden blinds let you have a peaceful sleep at night without having to wake up to sunlight! There are lots of shelves and places to store you clothes and things.

We also have two cribs and "highchair" for babys, feel free to ask it! There is also a babymonitor available!

Kitchen and living room are together. Fully equipped kitchen will let you cook for a group or a family! We have a full set of dishes for 15 people! We have added a grill- toaster to make different warm sandwiches or grilling sausages-meat. There is a foldable table (fits 4 to 8people ), but we have 14 chairs in the apartment. There is also a big corner-sofa it will transform into a 150 x 255 bed, for two people or more smaller kids! There is also a flat-screen TV. Three rooms are accessible from hallways, one from livingroom. Bathroom-toilet and second toilet have also babypot and hairdryers.

There is a washing machine, if you need it - a clothes' drying rack and an iron are also available.

You can connect your iPhone or android through Bluetooth to speaker and listen to your own favored music or music from internet radio stations. We have free WiFi.

In the apartment you can find tourist maps and some books about Tallinn in many different languages, use them (but please let them stay in the apartment when you leave so the other Guests can use them too).

Apartment is on the 2nd floor of the building and is about 90 m2 in total. In the yard you can park your car.

Below the house- one - floor is a nice and beautiful café Creperie&Pisco, where you can eat breakfast, a salad or light dinner - lunch, drink a glass of wine or sometimes even take tango-lesson! Its open from 11 and closes at 18 (Sunday), 21 (working days) and 22 at the Friday and Saturday.

You are welcome to use kitchen supplies (sugar, salt, coffee, tea, etc.), some bathroom products (shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, hairdryer etc.), towels, bathrobes and bed sheets. We have in the apartment also "the 911 kit" with all necessary things to have first aid (band-aids, wound cleansing servietts, burnaid and others).

We have also games for every ages, for adults and kids! Playstation 2 with different games, alias, chess, games to play with whole family (in english, finnish and russian language), soft toys, kitchen-play and other. Two rooms with separate TV -s let enjoy different movies! We also have a cribs and "feedingchairs" for babys, feel free to ask! In the yard you can park your car. Also taxies can drive right to the door of our house.

Getting around

All your necessities can be satisfied near the apartment. Bars, cafés, restaurants, museums, partying area, ATM, grocery stores, etc. are all nearby. Also, a big shopping center Viru Keskus is about a 5-minute walk away. I recommend getting a taxi from Airport, it costs about 10-12€ and takes about 10-15 minutes. The taxi can drive right to the door of our house! All public transportation possibilities are within walking distance.

Interaction with guest

When I am in Tallinn, I come to greet my guests in the apartment. Check in and out times are flexible. I understand that it is hard to make plans when these times are fixed so we are always trying to help our guests and arrange check in and out just how it is more convenient for our guests and possible for me also. There can be situations - times when it is not possible to meet my guests in person, but then I can leave the keys for you at airport or have someone greet you if you arrive by other transport. I am always available via SMS or call. I am also happy to suggest places in Tallinn, where to go, what to see, where to dine etc. Just ask! I can also book for you the places in restaurants, so its comfortable to go and dine even

Schöne Wohnung mit viel Platz gut ausgestattet und 15 Gehminuten zur Altstadt. War etwas warm da keine Klimaanlage (Juli) hat mich nicht gestört. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen
