***If you are looking for a five star, deluxe type accomodation, this is not the place for you. What we offer is a home-like unit with a feeling of being "on top of the world" while in the comfort of your own bedroom.

This 41 sqm., bi-level with 2 bedrooms(second bedroom is very small) condominum is located on the 26th floor with a grand view of the Manila Bay, Airport and Makati Skyline.

The building has a pool (amenity area on 10th floor) where you can have access to WiFi for free on business hours.

***WiFi access is available inside the unit.

The unit has kitchen and utensils for cooking and dining, refrigerator, aircon, and TV with Cable channels.

Bathroom has hot and cold shower with toiletres and towels provided for few days stay. ***Long-term stay has to make use of their own supply after few days.

LaundryMart is few meters away outside the building. There is also a laundrymart inside the building.

Truly, it is living in your own home with privacy and serenity.

***WEEKLY AND MONTHLY RENTALS ARE AVAILABLE AT A DISCOUNTED RATE.

***110 Voltage is available for appliances from abroad

(DISCLOSURE: Please allocate few minutes of elevator time! The building has a lot of students occupants and the unit is located in the 26th floor. So, during rush hour time, mostly early morning and late afternoon, the elevator can become busy. The cooking burner runs on gas. If you run out of gas during your stay, please notify my agent right away so that she can order a replacement. PARKING is not included in the price offered. You can avail of parking thru the condo management which my agent can arrange for you at an extra cost provided it is requested ahead of time. THE MAKATI SKYLINE view is now partially blocked by the new building being constructed next to VDM.)

It is in the heart of Manila, close to big malls (Robinsons-Manila, SM-Manila, Harrison Plaza and few minutes by taxi to Makati, SM-MOA), biggest universities( UP-PGH, PWU, PCU, St. Pauls), Government offices such as WHO, NBI, Department of Justice, Embassies of US and Japan, International Restos, bars and few blocks from casino.

The building itself has 2 storey of Commercial Malls with 7Eleven, restos, bank and shops.

24/7 security with 6 elevators. Few meters away from LRT-Pedro Gil Station where you can easily travel north and south. Taxis, Jeepneys and Buses are easily accesible.

The host will be available for you if you want to know the area or have questions about the area.

Attractions within Walking Distance

There are a lot of attractions nearby. The Manila Bay Park is just few blocks away, about five minutes by taxi. The same with STAR CITY AMUSEMENT PARK, Folk Arts Theater, PICC and Luneta Park..
