Soak up the amazing weather year-round in the screened lanai with heated pool and pretty lake views. The single-story home is ideal for families with younger kids, as well as guests with mobility issues. You’ll love the security and privacy of the exclusive Lake Berkley gated resort.

Grab a float and spend lazy, quiet afternoons in the heated pool, where you’ll enjoy views of the lake right behind the home. Several lounge chairs and a patio table offer seating around the pool to dine al fresco, dive into a good book, or take a siesta.

Vaulted ceilings, large windows, and plush sectional couch in the formal living room create an airy and inviting space for spending time together. Anchored by a posh chandelier, the formal round dining table in the living room seats six.

For a more casual feel, the family room offers a flat screen TV and new couch and love seat for movie nights. Large sliding doors lead out to the lanai and pool and let the inside and outside mingle.

From picnic lunches for your day at Disney to home-cooked meals, the completely updated and fully-equipped kitchen has all your cooking basics. It has plenty of prep space on the solid surface counters, full-size appliances, and room for three at the kitchen bar. You can gather around the trendy 6-person kitchen table to enjoy a delicious meal.

After a day of sightseeing, nothing beats climbing into the master bedroom’s comfy king bed. The master also comes with a TV, pond views, and modern, updated en suite bath that has a soaking tub and separate shower.

There’s plenty of room for the whole family. The inviting 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with pretty grey and yellow bedding and both the 3rd and 4th bedrooms offer two twin beds, bright bedding, and beachy wicker furniture. All the guest bedrooms share a full bath with tub/shower combination.

Other amenities that will make you feel right at home include complimentary WiFi, washer/dryer, and air-conditioning. The community has a great list of amenities too – make new friends at the shared pool and stay active on the tennis and volleyball courts. There’s also a fitness center and clubhouse.

The home puts you a short drive away from all the Disney magic. Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom are 15 minutes away. Experience the exciting movie-themed rides and attractions at Universal Studios and get acquainted with exotic marine life at SeaWorld, both just 20 minutes away.

When you need to stock up on supplies and groceries, Walmart Supercenter is just 5 minutes away. You’re also just minutes from restaurants when the cook takes the night off. Have some spending money burning a hole in your pocket? There’s all kinds of great shopping in the area, including Disney Springs, The Loop, The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall, and the Orlando International Premium Outlets.

Get your toes in the sand at Clearwater Beach, a top-ten beach in Florida, or Cocoa Beach, both just under two hours away. Easily get into and out of the area, with the Orlando International Airport 30 minutes away and Sanford Airport less than an hour away.
