Description

This lovely quiet home offers the best of both worlds, your own waterfront and less than 300mts walk to the centre of Sussex Inlet.The home has been positioned to take full advantage of its water and tree studded reserve view with a large open plan living room opening onto the patio BBQ area, where you can relax and watch the world go by.

There is no jetty at the back of the property but there is the facility to tie up the boat.

There are three good sized bedrooms and a 2nd toilet in the laundry. The air-conditioned open plan living and dining room has views to the backyard and water.

You will have a restful stay at Finch's Nest.

NO PETS ALLOWED! NO SMOKING! No garage access.- Linen is not supplied

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
