Description

My place is close to the city center and public transport. You’ll love my place because of the coziness and the location. My place is good for families (with kids) and big groups.

The space

New 3 bedroom apartment in an excellent location, with parking for 1 car. The property has been done to a very high standard. All rooms have super comfortable beds, laptop friendly, wardrobes, hairdryer, TV, centralized receiver, wireless internet access, plenty of power points, curtains, controlled heating.

The property has tow bathrooms with power showers, with plenty of hot water 24/7

There is a fully equipped kitchen, with all necessary tools, microwave, cooker, fridge ..etc. There is a dining bar with chairs, 40 inch TV, sofas to relax and unwind in after a day of action in Amman.

Basically this is a fantastic place to stay.

Guest access

You will have access to all areas of the property. This will be your home for your stay in Amman.

Interaction with guests

I am (or one of my family) available whenever a guest needs.

The neighborhood

Excellent Location:

-Only 6 minutes driving to main shopping malls (Mecca mall & City Mall)

-Only 15 minutes drive to the historical and the famous street of Amman called Al Rainbow St.

-Plenty of groceries are within a walking distance however the Safeway and Cosmo supermarkets are 7 minutes drive away

-Having a delicious Shawerma is just across the street and just 2 minutes walk in any of the local restaurants there, however if your mood in burgers McDonald's is at the sight of your eyes !

-If you are hyper, active and shapeholic, nearby is the top GYM center in Amman called "Fitness One - Vega" where you can enjoy the cardio section, the weight section or use the indoor swimming pool

Pls note that airport is 35 minutes away by Taxi or car

Getting around

Apartment is located very close to the main street named Abdallah Ghosheh where plenty of taxis are available 24/7

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Haytham (the owner) a message.

If Haytham (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
