Description

This ground floor apartment is located without a doubt in one of the most beautiful complexes in Puerto del Carmen and is therefore surrounded by an extraordinary beautiful garden.

Not only very spacious with 69qm this apartment counts over all with a good quality and comfortable equipment.

Besides the very good general equipment this apartment counts also with free and quality WLAN. Also you will find a choice of english TV channels.

Your roofed terrace faces south-west direction and provides a sun bed and a comfortable seating area.

You will find more sun beds together with parasols spread out in the whole complex.

You can enter the apartment straight away from outside the complex, so it is not necessary to carry shoppings or luggage through the complex. For your safety the windows facing the outside are protected by „Gitter“ and the complex itself is always access controlled.

The extremely beautiful, nearly tropical garden is lightened at night very romantically. Also you will find little corners to chill and soak up some sun or read a book in the shadow throughout the whole garden area. Even a communal barbecue zone with a shadow spreading pergola is not missing.

Walking distance to the beach Playa Grand and the strip is only 5 minutes. Opposite the apartment you will find a supermarket straight away. Parking space, if you have no luck at the complex, is available in only a 5 minute walk away a bit further up the street.

On the other hand the apartment is an ideal spot for a car free holiday.

In the near neighbourhood you will find numerous restaurants, bares y live music events - luckily all far enough away to not disturb the quietness of your holiday so you will for sure enjoy a relaxing, quiet time-out.
