Welcome to the most southern part of the Netherlands and welcome in our lovely holiday accommodation: De-Cour, consisting of two comfortable houses situated around a closed court yard: Anna and Rosalie. Situated in an authentic historical and monumental setting De-Cour offers all the rest and privacy you want at only a few minutes by car outside Maastricht. Use this comfortable place to discover nearby Belgium and Germany as well. Liège is 15 minutes away, Aachen 20. Those of you that enjoy cycling, we are in the middle of the Amstel Gold Race parcours. Beautiful nature wonderful for hiking as well. Enjoy our spacious bedrooms and lovely livings and fully equipped kitchens. Our village offers nice restaurants and shops. We are sorry but we cannot allow pets and the house is strictly for non smokers. We don't mind if you smoke outside, of course.

At Anna’s you stay in a new house with old charmes. The house is completely renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen and 4 modern bathrooms.

On the first floor is a double bedroom with 2 extra large boxspring beds. On the second floor is a bedroom with 2 extra large boxspring beds and a large closed bathroom. On this floor is also a mezzanine with 2 boxspring beds.

On the second floor there are two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

Rosalie is recently completely renovated and offers you a very comfortable stay with the atmosphere of the historical setting it is part of. The house has a large living with fully equipped open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, each with its own shower, toilet and washbasin

On the first floor 2 double bedrooms, one with 2 extra large boxspring beds. On the second floor a large bedroom with 2 extra large boxspring beds. This room has a closed bathroom. So Rosalie sleeps 6.

Enjoy sitting in the closed courtyard (de cour) typical for this kind of historical buildings in the province of Limburg. Originally an important farm, now a wonderful setting for our house and two holiday houses. On demand we offer a large bar/dining space for groups.

We live in another part of the same historical building. We are more than happy to give you tips, call a cab into Maastricht or point you at the local restaurants. Since our house is decorated with much pleasure and we are situated in a village with friendly neighbors we have to be very strict about not allowing groups that want to have a bachelor weekend, parties and such. So groups of young men only, please book a place that is happy with you and have all the fun in the world, there. We ask our guest to enjoy the peace and quietness and not play music outside. In the houses a JBL bluetooth speaker is available. Thanks for your understanding.
