Description
Penthouse offers full days of sun or shade. Lounge furniture, double sun bed, privacy screen to terrace, outside shower, barbecue, Pergola roof (May-Aug). Walking distance to everything needed, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants and bars are only 300 m away. Riviera Sports Club is only 100 m away with a gym, Paddle and tennis courts. Located 200 m from beach, walking distance to beach approx. 500 m. Wonderful sea view with Gibraltar and the Atlas Mountains in Africa in the background. The apartment is situated high up with its own 70 sqm roof terrace on the same level with access from the living room and offers lovely sea breezes all day and sunshine from morning until around 5pm.
The area has 1 pool + 1 children's pool.
No pets or smoking are allowed in the apartment.
Rental prices include WIFI, electricity, TV 40" monitor and washing of bed linen and towels. In low season, low rent is offered for at least 30 days' rent. Both bathrooms are newly renovated Nov 2023.

“Husband's Birthday Weekend/Corona Virus Lockdown”
The apartment is perfect for a couple although the shower definitely needs an modern upgrade to at least an electric one. No water pressure and just a shower head on a wall bracket. Clean apartment and comfy bed. Could do with an info folder with TV instructions. We could only get Netflix to work. We had a lovely day on the Saturday. Drove up to Mijas Pueblo. Gorgeous and worth a visit. Sunday, everywhere on lock down due to Corona Virus. Luckily, Franco's mini market just down the hill, could sell us food and drink so we were fine til we flew home. We recommend it once the virus is over.

Response from the owner Once again I regret that you did not think the apartment was to your satisfaction. At the same time, I am very confused, when we met outside the apartment, your husband was very clear that you did not have any complains on the cleaning etc, you had complains on our choice of materials and colors that you did not think was your standard and expectation. What my assistant told you, is that cleaning the shower cubicle is tricky due to the small doors, despite this, it is always clean and fresh when finished. Anything else is not true. Regrettable certain surface rust can be found on metal parts in wet areas. This is a private owned apartment and shall not be comperad with standard at hotel, it is a big different in price as well. Me and my assistent went back to check the shower cubicle we found that a wheel on a sliding door was broken so now we have ordered a new shower cubicle... /Tomas,
