Vacation in Punta Cana's exclusive resort enclave. The property is on the exclusive gated 38,000 acre complex at Cap Cana and is where the elite go to play. Condo has a quiet hassle-free relaxed atmosphere. The unit offers the home away from home feeling. Unit is self contained with a full kitchen . WiFi (Cap Cana service) and cable TV is included. Flat screen TV's in every room of the condo. Living room and Master bedroom opens onto the terrace. The bedroom suites have, huge closets and its own bathroom. Bedrooms are separated by a hallway for privacy. Dining room seats six. The lighted terrace has an outdoor shower next to the elevated jacuzzi. The complex's pool has multi level depths so the smaller kids feel safe. The common area has a spectacular view of the ocean. This suite has a view of the ocean and lagoon. The suite is adjacent to La Iguana golf course which is being completed. Holes 12 and 13 will be right outside your balcony! SMA staff is very friendly and speak English. Cap Cana is the home of world renowned Punta Espada golf course. Unit faces west for unforgettable sunsets.

Getting around

This is a large gated complex with cart paths for biking, electric carts, etc. If you plan to stock up on finger-food, beer, wine etc. The Mercado National just outside of Punta Cana International airport is your best bet. It's stocked just like any major American grocery chain. They have a decent wine and liquor section. Blue Mall shopping complex is brand new and easy to navigate through. Inside Cap Cana, a car is recommended to get to various venues. When venturing about outside Cap Cana complex, stay alert as there are a multitude of motor bikes and mini-buses to contend with at various speeds. There is a brand new gas station 1/2 mile from the rental car area at the airport for refills before returning the car.

We want your stay to be memorable..My personal manager Denisse of SMA in Cap Cana will be at your assistance with a quick phone call. You'll have my email as well as her phone number. I respond in English or Spanish within 15 minutes to all requests via email. Three or four days before arriving, I will give you instructions on everything you need to know once you arrive at Cap Cana. You must provide the names of your guests and passport/ ID numbers for the security gate. Your approximate arrival time will ensure that staff is waiting at the condo with the keys to the suite. Please ask about our other (a la carte) amenities before you arrive: massage therapist, baby sitting, grocery shopping, maid service, chef service, and chauffeur.

Smoking is restricted in the condo apartment being rented. There is plenty of outdoor areas if it is necessary to smoke.
Many of the amenities in the condo are the personal property of the owner (Rental Agent in this case). Please handle as if it were your own.
Respect your next door neighbors by keeping late night partying to a reasonable noise level. My fellow condo owners also live here. Check-in is at 3pm and Check-out at 12:00 noon.

It was very easy to communicate with the owner. Very nice and spacious condo with amazing view of the water. I look forward to staying here again!
