Description
The beautifully appointed 57 square meters apartment "Sonnengluck with swimming pool" for up to five people is on the resin in Braunlage. It is slightly higher than in the center, so you can enjoy a wonderful view. The apartment offers an ideal location. It is very quiet at the edge of the forest and is only 100 meters from the hiking trails, as well as the beginner's ski slope with T-bar lift, toboggan run and the beginning of the tracks, away. The Wurmberg can be reached in just 8 minutes walk and is in the winter for ski or snowboard ride or snowy walks. In summer, the mountain bike park and the many hiking trails can be used on Wurmberg. The center of Braunlage with its shops, restaurants, spa and ice rink can be reached on foot in about 6 minutes. During the ski season and driving at night under the lights on the ski slopes possible (100 meters from the apartment) are. The living room includes a dining area with a large dining table and four chairs, a beautiful picture windows overlooking the town center, a flat-screen TV, CD stereo, coffee table with two leather armchairs and a fold-out sofa-bed. The living room has access to the balcony which is very good with his new patio furniture for relaxing breakfast or sunbathing. The kitchen has a nice fitted kitchen incl. Stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, new WMF Toaster, new coffee maker, new WMF kettle and a fridge-freezer, a completely new dishes (cereal dish, dessert plates, dinner plates, ...), pots and pans and dishwasher tabs. The bathroom has a bath with shower with large mirror, hair dryer and vanity mirror. The bedroom contains a double bed and a large wardrobe (with 4 closets and clothes rails), a chest of drawers with three drawers and two bedside tables with two dressers. A laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and drying room is at the ground floor. In the locker toboggans and skis / snowboards can be parked. Free parking is available in front of the house. A special highlight of the holiday in Braunlage (Harz) is the in-house heated indoor swimming pool, which can be used via free throughout the year. Furthermore, Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.
