Here is some key information regarding this gem.

The home is just over 2700 sq.ft. under AC.

Downstairs as you enter through the front door you will be greeted by a contemporary living room and formal dining room. Just off to your right is a twin and double bedroom. The living room has a large LG smart TV .

Continue past the entrance and there is the updated kitchen will new Samsung stainless steel appliances. There is also a breakfast nook overlooking the pool and pond area.

Just off the kitchen is the family room which also has a smart flat screen TV along with blueray player and cable TV. Off the family room is a half bathroom.

Just past the family room you will find the fist master bedroom with King size bed, large flat screen TV with cable along with a writing desk if some work needs to be done. The en-suite bathroom has a door leading out to the pool area and has a garden tub, dual vanity and a stand alone shower.

Just next to the master bedroom is another two twin bedroom which has a TV with cable service. Just across the hallway is a full bathroom with shower. Finally the laundry room with full size washer dryer is downstairs as well.

Head upstairs and you will find a loft area with small sofa for relaxed reading and a mini fridge to keep chilled drinks on hand. There is another large King master bedroom with large flat screen TV with cable service. The bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with shower.

In the middle area there is a twin Captain America themed room which shares a bathroom with the final Queen sized bedroom. The queen bedroom also has a large flat screen TV with cable service.

Step outside and you'll see this is where you'll want to spend most of your day. The large pool deck offers a covered porch area for shade. The pool has a shallow walking / wading area. The view is truly spectacular overlooking the calm pond.

The home has a solar pool heater which is on at no additional cost but in the winter months electric pool heat is required to keep the pool warm and this is an additional cost to the rental.

It was a good stay. The wifi wasn't that strong but that's minor. Only problem I had was the beds up stair was already damage and collapsed when I laid down but the owner had a guy come fix … More
