The spacious interior can comfortably accommodate 10 guests and with the addition of a bedroom on the ground floor, it offers the perfect solution for clients that may have difficulty with the stairs.

The wonderful addition of an open plan loft area that has comfortable sofas and large flat screen television creates additional space which is a great place for kids spend time. The Lounge is beautiful with comfortable luxurious seating and with views to the pool deck meaning you can also keep an eye on the children from here. It also benefits from a large flat screen television and will be the hub of the home, where you can spend time together after a busy day in the parks watching a movie or catching up on a game or two.

The Second Lounge / Loft Area is situated on the upper floor and has another large luxury sofa and a further flat screen TV, which is perfect for entertaining the children or for when an important game clashes with a good movie.

The High-End Kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs and with the addition of a large breakfast bar, it is perfect for a breakfast or a quick lunch and means that you can still enjoy a little company while preparing meals.

The Dining Area is ideal for more formal dining with its elegant setting and views to the pool area where you can indulge in a family meal and enjoy chats about the day’s events and making further plans to visit more of the amazing parks and amenities that Florida has to offer.

The Games Room is another example of the thought that has been put into this home, with its cute seating and the addition of Table Tennis, Hockey, Foosball, it is a great place to let off a little steam and keep the children amused, or even satisfy the more competitive of the adults.

The Outside – Pool area is beautiful with great views and a large dining table and chairs for you to enjoy the benefits of eating outdoors. The sun lounger’s create the perfect setting for you to just relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine and cool off with a quick dip in the pool, or even better, enjoy something cool and refreshing why idling away in the spa. Whatever makes you relax and simply switch off from the rigors of life, this is definitely the home to pamper yourself.

The King Bedroom - Downstairs includes a King Bed, television and has a Bathroom next door that includes Bath with Shower.

The King Bedroom - Upstairs has a rich sumptuous décor that includes a King Bed and a flat screen television.

The King Suite – Upstairs again has the most luxurious interior and includes a King bed, flat screen television and the Ensuite Facilities of a Bath and separate Shower and twin basin unit.

The Queen Bedroom - Upstairs upstairs has a Queen bed, plus a flat screen television, again decorated in elegant fashion.

Twin Bedroom situated upstairs and is decorated in a more contemporary fashion with lovely bright hues that give a fresh ambience to the room and includes a flat screen television with the facilities of the Family bathroom nearby.

There is a further half bathroom located downstairs.

Interaction with guest

Once you have secured your reservations we will email you asking you to complete a booking form. The bookings form will ask you to list all the guests staying in the home and provide the ages of all guests under the age of 25. Once we are in receipt of this form we will be able to issue your directions to the home. All our homes are fitted with a key-less entry system you simply type the door code the code is unique for your stay only. Once in resort you will have access to our Property Manager who will be able to assist you with any problems in the home during your stay. Their telephone number is provided in the directions and also in the Home Booklet which you will find in the home.

How do damage deposits work?
