The apartment Casa Palmera is located in a very well-kept complex almost directly at the sea and the dreamlike beach of Playa de Las Americas. All shops, restaurants, hairdressing salons, banks and ATMs are within walking distance. The apartment has two bedrooms for 4 people and there is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room which provides a comfortable sleeping space for 2 more people. The apartment has a large balcony with seating area. You can eat outside together and have breakfast. The balcony is located on the quiet side of the pool, where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.

The cozy living area has a living room with dining table and a comfortable seating area with flat screen TV with satellite programs and a small stereo system. Internet is available free of charge via WLAN.

The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, toaster, water cooker and coffee machine. There is also a washing machine with an iron and ironing board.

Both bedrooms have a double bed. The bathroom has a modern shower.

The apartment is ideal for a bathing and beach holiday, also for a long-term holiday it is ideally suited. The complex has a very nice pool area with sun beds. The pool is heated in the winter.

Situated directly on the beautiful beach of Playa de las Americas, this apartment is situated in a very central location but still in a quiet residential area in the most popular holiday resort in the south of Tenerife. The complex has a large heated pool with sun loungers.

From the balcony you have a beautiful view to the pool. Only 100 meters away is the main shopping street, with many restaurants and shopping for shopping and strolling. However, the location is relatively quiet.

Enjoy the well-kept surroundings by taking a walk along the beach promenade, which is several kilometers long and stroll past the most beautiful boutiques and shops. In the surrounding area you can find some of the island's most popular restaurants. The fishing and ferry port of Los Cristianos is a 10-minute walk from the promenade. The complex is one of the best places in Tenerife for a beach and beach holiday.

All golf courses are within a few minutes by car. The nearest golf course is just 600 meters away (Playa de las Americas Golfcourt).

The largest water park in Europe - the Siam Park - is only a few minutes away, as is the Aqua Park, the Jungle Park and the Parque Las Aguilas (an eagle park above Chayofa).

“Good apartment”

“Good with issues”

Apartment was very clean, however it is not suitable for a child for various reasons. Also people who live in other apartments come across very rude and constant shushing occurs when simply playing in the pool.

“An enjoyable holiday”

Apartment basic but comfortable. New beach towels needed and a couple of extra mirrors would be appreciated. But we had a good holiday and the area great for restaurants, bars and nightlife.

“Optimist apartment Tenerife”

Lovely two bedroom apartment . Location perfect 5mins walk to beach and shops. Supermarket across the street for all your needs. Downside no lift in the apartment block and we were on the top floor with a 7 month old baby . Access to the apartment was difficult due to 3 flights of stairs which meant two people had to be on hand at all times. Didn't know before hand that there was no lift . The day of departure check out time was 10 am which I felt was very early especially with a baby on communication with the owner we were allowed to stay till 13.00. But even at that there was no area to store bags etc no changing facilities. This was a gated apartment block so when we had to vacate the apartment we had to return keys which ment leaving the apartment complex. Our flight home wasn't till 8 pm . The apartment itself was beautiful but not suitable for babies

It is correct, that the apartment has no lift, but it has not been promised in the description and if you might have asked me before, I would have told you that... The normal check-out time is always until 10.00 in the morning (it´s the same in every hotel) as the cleaning team has to organize everything for the next guests. If you have a flight in the late evening, we always recommend to book one night more to make sure, that you can stay longer. You can imagine, that the next guests which might land on Tenerife on 11.00 are not willing to wait for the check-in until the evening... You always wouldn´t want that. You are welcome if you want to come back.
