Description

The Canotière Boucan is a type T2 apartment with a surface of 55 m², not overlooked, overlooking a magnificent tropical garden. Located in a small residence located 150 m from the sea, the air-conditioned accommodation combining charm and comfort for up to 4 people. The air-conditioned living room with a Balinese furnishings, a flat-screen TV, internet connection by WiFi and a sofa bed for 2 big brand places will offer outstanding comfort. The modern kitchen and brand new benefits from the necessary equipment to make your stay pleasant: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, cooking utensils, dishes ... The air-conditioned room will welcome you with quality bedding latex. As for the bathroom, it offers the luxury of being equipped with both a walk-in shower than a bath, but also two basins. The toilets are independent. You will also certainly enjoy taking your meals at the 7 sqm terrace directly overlooking the tropical garden. Added to this are a private parking space, fitted wardrobes, a cleaning kit and a table and an iron and, of course, linens and towels that will be provided. A 30 € stay package including local taxes as well as participation in cleaning costs and laundry will be collected by us on the day of arrival. Native of Reunion, we would be delighted to welcome you to our island, especially in this cozy accommodation and decorated with care.

Response from the owner Tout d'abord, merci d'avoir séjourné à la Canotière du Boucan. Cela a été un plaisir de vous accueillir. Nous regrettons de n'avoir pu vous satisfaire sur certains points, et ne pouvons par ailleurs qu'être très étonnés par la teneur de certains de vos commentaires et par la sévérité de votre notation. En effet, certes, l'entrée de service de l'appartement se fait par un couloir qui donne sur un mur, mais notre terrasse protégée par une petite haie végétale offre une vue directe et dégagée sur un très beau jardin tropical, sans vis à vis... ! Nous prenons bonne note de votre remarque concernant le grille-pain (la première que nous recevons de notre clientèle à ce sujet). Nous en équiperons l'appartement, car effectivement, cela ne pourra qu'améliorer notre équipement de cuisine qui est déjà très complet : four micro-onde, cafetière électrique, lave-linge... Nous espérons que vous avez tout de même pu apprécier la situation de l'appartement qui se trouve à proximité immédiate d'une des plus belles plages de l'île et de toutes commodités, ainsi que notre literie de grande qualité : matelas en latex et canapé convertible Château d'Ax. Nous sommes vraiment très soucieux d'offrir le meilleur accueil à nos vacanciers avec le confort que nous leur devons, et ce, comme vous l'avez souligné dans un cadre agréable et soigné.

How do damage deposits work?
