Description

This amazing one of a kind bi-level home is centrally located within the resort, in the Homestead Community. With just a short walk from the Grande, and Seven Eagles communities makes this a perfect location. The villa has been furnished with no expense spared. Walking through the doors of this gem will make you feel right at home. The ground floor has tile throughout, and the living area has been furnished with white leather sofas surrounding your large SMART TV and features Prism TV and a PS4.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There is additional seating for three at the breakfast bar and the dining area has seating for six. The home has a full bathroom on the ground floor and a full-size washer and dryer for convenience.

Three bedrooms are located upstairs and the fourth is on the ground floor. The Master bedroom with King size bed has an en-suite bathroom with both a walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub. There is an additional Queen room and a Full room, both have cable TV and have a shared Jack & Jill bathroom with walk-in shower. The downstairs bedroom has a Queen bed and is near a full bathroom also located on the ground floor. Each room will have their own vanity area.

Glass doors connect the living room area to the one of a kind pool area with child's safety fence. The pool area is really an oasis in itself. With a one of a kind screened and covered patio to enjoy Florida Outdoor Living; that has a leather sectional sofa, full size BBQ, 4 luxury chaise lounges, table and seating for 6, and a large wall mounted flat screen TV with Prism TV.
